From the very beginning, the company was designed the way we wanted it to end up 20 years later. Essentially, our work focuses on the process of entelechy, the realization of potential. From these efforts, three divisions were created:

From an organizational basis, we believe strongly that the excellence of your organization will not exceed the degree to which its people are being developed. From an individual basis, we believe the future of your personal and professional life hinges on the degree to which you can understand and master the forces and dynamics that are shaping them.

Teacher as Leader: The focus of "Teacher as Leader" is providing an exceptional training program for educators and administrators that increase the effectiveness of the learning and teaching experience. To achieve this, educators must become instructional leaders and must be able to design instructional strategies that truly engage students.

The Living Consciously Curriculum: We view each and every human being as having the capacity to live a rewarding and satisfying life. But while we believe each person has potential, we know from experience that potential has to be developed and that is the role we choose: facilitators of human growth. We have found four essential ingredients related to healthy adult living: increasing consciousness, emotional intelligence, purpose and intention, and wellness.
