Our Leadership Development Curriculum
We do not conduct canned ham programming with previously designed agendas that focuses on someone else’s work or the flavor of the month. Haydn holds an Educational Specialist degree from Winthrop College with a focus in curriculum and instruction and from the very beginning, Haydn and Terry personally designed all of the materials that accompany each of our core areas of development. In nearly all circumstances, we customize all programming to fit your specific needs as an individual or the needs of the group. We know that the greatest leadership model that an individual can practice is an innate model that lies inside of the individual and not a model that is imposed from the outside. All programming can be delivered at your location, at MindSpring™, or virtually. We have an impressive virtual learning space that uses multi camera, whiteboard, and video. In addition, our expert teaching abilities are founded upon the movement of learning from basic to engaged to dynamic.
